The
selection of brokers and carriers will drive the success of your insurance
program. To prepare for the marketing process, WRISC, Inc. will review
your current policies to ensure they properly address risks and exposures.
We will create an underwriting package that describes coverages and underwriting
information needed by the insurers.
WRISC follows a two-step process to ensure the highest level of effective
competition for brokers and carriers.
The first step focuses on broker selection. WRISC will assist in
writing a comprehensive RFQ for the brokers, preparing a scope of services,
evaluating broker proposals, interviewing candidates, and negotiating final
terms and fees. Two finalist brokers will be selected.
In the second step, the finalist brokers will be allowed to choose available
insurance markets for each line of coverage. The best offerings of each
proposal will be mixed and matched for final purchase. WRISC can
assist the broker(s) with final carrier negotiations as necessary.
After the policies are issued, WRISC will review them for compliance
with the proposals.
