A relatively new concept in the risk management field is “ Rent-A-Risk Manager”. This service is not intended to replace your in-house risk manager, but rather to provide expertise in certain areas and to complement your risk management staff. Temporary or part-time hired experts can assist with additional, time-consuming but short-lived projects that don’t require a permanent or full-time staff addition.
