Christina began her insurance career as an Associate Underwriter for PRISM, Inc., a public entity insurance program providing property and casualty insurance to 230 cities, counties and districts. Her responsibilities were expanded to include strategic planning, marketing and sales, and she was later promoted to Underwriting Manager.

Prior to founding WRISC, Inc., she became the PRISM Executive Vice-President with responsibility for strategic planning, administration, program development, marketing and sales. It was here, while working with Don Waddell, that Christina came to understand and appreciate the effectiveness of wrap-up insurance programs for public entities.

In 1997 Christina founded WRISC, Inc. to offer risk management services with an emphasis on public entities, construction and wrap-ups. As president, Christina provides oversight and control of company functions to ensure that the best possible risk management staff, policies and procedures are in place.
