Howard entered the risk management field in 1970, progressing from Workers Compensation Administrator to Attorney and Risk Manager in multi-billion dollar multinational corporations.

Howard is knowledgeable in tort, contract, and insurance law with substantial background in liability and workers compensation. He has coordinated timely marketing of insurance programs to take advantage of competitive costs; initiated innovative risk management solutions to client needs; and authored risk management and claims handling manuals.

Howard served on the CPCU certification program for 6 years, and for 20 years in the ARM and ALCM programs of the Insurance Institutes of America in Malvern, Pennsylvania. He has lectured for the CPCU and ALCM and taught International Business at Immaculata College in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Howard is a Past President of the Delaware Valley Chapter of RIMS.
